After what happened in Nevada desert, WATI abandoned the New York headquarters and moved to Los Angeles to continue their project to create superior high-tec weaponry.
The sole survivor of asylum incident disappeared soon after and it was all quiet for a while.

But things don't stay the same...

A year later a mysterious manhunt begun for one person, the sole survivor. There are those who want his head, those who want the headhunters' heads without interfering the sole survivor's life, those who mindlessly kill for their endless hunger and one person... One person who is ready to put himself in between the crossfire to protect the one.

It is not known what everyone tried to achieve with this manhunt but the fate of everyone is already written.
